I just don't get what was the expected answer?
"Hmm I would say if you got an ACT score of 30+ then you're intelligent. PSAT scores should've been in the 95th percentile, and your diagnostic LSAT should've been 160+. If you didn't achieve this, then you're not smart enough and won't ever score a 170+ on the LSAT." ??

If you're getting/ have gotten your college degree from an accredited university, you're smart enough to do above average on the LSAT.
Plain and simple.
