Is it good for LR? I tried PowerScore and Blueprint for LR in the past but I could never get better than -7 in each section.

Manhattan LSAT is the king for LR. Buy those books, and then go drill every LR question ever released.
Eta: Haven't seen 7Sage LR materials, but from what others have said, my impression is that they're decent but not life changing. 7Sage should be used for LG and LG alone.
Use Manhattan and the Trainer to improve LR.

Personally, my scores went down in LR after using 7Sage. I found that my intuition was much more reliable.

7Sage is great for understanding how one really intelligent person gets right answers. I've gotten a ton of help from that program as its curriculum guided me through the basic knowledge and organized things well. There are times where he's using his conditional logic that would just time sink me. That's his method and obviously it works, but I just don't need it 95% of the time. I find his explanations of the easier questions super helpful, though, because they help accentuate really stupid mistakes that I was making. I admit that it's not for everyone and that I have to sort out some of his methods because they're too complicated for me to do quickly when other things work, but I think that overall it's a good program.
Unrelated but I also appreciate the analytical abilities of its test compilation function.

I did not start out with any knowledge of logic at all, so 7sage really helped me understand the basic concepts that were necessary for LR, but after that, I found that I did not need to use their method for the LR questions. LG however is a different story, 7sage helped me so much with LG, I started out horrible at the games and ended up with LG as my best section.
