Robin Singh, founder of TestMasters, has the record for most 180s on official LSATs and it's in the teens. All his scores are on their website if you're interested in looking.

Is it possible to consistently score 180? Was debating this with a friend. My reasoning is no, because there are always a few (3-4) questions which have pretty questionable reasoning behind them and thus there is always an element of chance. Even if a test taker understands every concept perfectly, there is nobody who has 100% confidence on every answer on every test, and thus nobody can score 180 consistently.

I do know people who can score 178 consistently, and score 180 at least some of the time. But I don't think I've ever heard of anyone scoring 180 all the time.

Would be interested in hearing the opinions of the professional tutors on this too.
Mike Ross can do it

Pffft, I could do it. If I cared.

But I don't think law schools want know it alls. It's just pretentious, ya know? So I'm aiming for a more humanizing 160ish.

Yeah, but only on preptests. On the real deal I'm still a point behind you and Elle Woods.

There is no "questionable reasoning." It's just reasoning your plebeian mind can't understand.

You should get an I tied Elle Woods sweater 'dros.

Also, referring to you as 'dros from now on.

I will be writing my Yale 250 about my hero Elle Woods.

Also, after spending a considerable amount of time going through Google/Urban Dictionary trying to figure out what the hell " 'dros" means and why you keep calling me that, I think I finally figured it out. you win some, you lose some.

I dunno. I felt like reviving some of that archaic stuff like o'er, and 'dros sounds pretty tough. Haha - apologies for wasting time. If I got a 180, I would apply to Yale (despite being rejected 'cuz I'm a splitter) and it would say, "I beat Elle Woods. Take that."

If you think about it, it is actually harder to get a 179. You've usually got a 2 or 3 point margin for a 180, but to target a 179 you have to be precise, no margin for error. Very well done.
