If I were to take the LSAT at an university in a western European country, would the administration be in English?

For example, by that I mean the "5 minutes left" notification, instructions, and just having a proctor to answer my questions in English.

Thanks

Definitely. This is true for all standardized exams written in English actually.

Oh snap, that's good news.

Thanks.

Obviously this isn't part of the test, but it probably wouldn't be super hard to get directions in English on a campus in a major German university?
