LSAT Picture Requirement

My picture ID for the LSAT admission ticket is sideways. It meets all stated requirements. I called LSAC and they told me it's too late to change the picture and it would be up to the LSAT administrator at the test site day-of. How concerned should I be?

I doubt the LSAT administration would care, but it really does depend on how lax they are about it.

Like someone said for the last administration, you have no choice but to walk into the test center sideways. lmao
i don't think it will be such a big deal, you just gotta hope for a non A-hole proctor

I went in last June with my picture sideways and my ticket signed prematurely and they still didn't care haha, I wouldn't sweat it, as long as they can tell it's you.

haha ^I agree. I wouldnt stress it. As long as they can definitely tell your facial features and it resembles you closely you will be fine. I'd imagine most of these ppl are reasonable about it

Goddammit. I just checked my LSAT photo (I obviously thought I did everything correctly the first time), and my picture does not completely fill the box.

Am I screwed?

i hiiiiiiiiiighly doubt you won't get in, since it seems like you'd be easily identifiable. it really does depend on how much the proctor at the entrance cares.

I had the same realization yesterday (and mine fills it a bit less than yours does, but in the opposite direction--not enough width). I emailed LSAC and after some back and forth they said this: "While your photo does not fill the entire photo box, you would be permitted to test as long as the test center staff can make a positive identification with this photo. Please be advised, however, that this is left to the sole discretion of the test center supervisor on the date of the test."
So--we will probably be fine. But it is totally frustrating that you can't print out your ticket before the date to change your photo passes. Mine looked fine online, but has significant space on the ticket...

Thank you for doing the leg work!
I hope we have no problem. My proctors at the same location last year were very cool. Hopefully I get the same ones.

I have the same problem. When I uploaded my photo online, I made sure that all was ok. However, when I got my admission ticket, there was some space on the left margin. Should I be too worried? Because I'm actually starting to freak out!

I'm not confident in this recollection, but I feel like I really may have properly cropped it (at least it appeared normal). I normally would just crop it in Paint or Photoshop, but their online tool seemed to let me do this.
I wonder if it bugged out (perhaps something to do with my photo's original dimensions), or if it just wasn't clear that I didn't appropriately resize my photo with the tool.

I called LSAC twice because my photo is sideways. Both times they verified that I'd be fine, as long as the proctor can identify who you are in the picture. LSAC even told me they'd have special instructions for the proctors for cases where the photo is sideways (they told me they'd literally instruct proctors to just turn the paper sideways lol).
So yeah, don't sweat it.

at least they acknowledge that some of their proctors are A-holes lol

So I have a really unique soft that involves my face being used in some city agency materials. Do you think I can use a copy of that as my LSAT photo?

My photo looked fine when I first uploaded it. Now it looks too small. The length is 2 inches but not the width and it is not and it is aligned to the left. I feel like a complete idiot! Didn't recheck it like I should have! Scared because the lsac website clearly says you won't be admitted if it isn't 2x2. I've never taken the LSAT before so this would have been first attempt. Now I may be counting on December test for entrance 2017. Having to travel to take test so wondering if I should even attempt to gain entrance for this test.
