International students-how do you prepare/review RC?

Hi, just as the title says,
How do you prepare/review RC sections?
This is the hardest section for me and I'm not sure how to prepare or review it to increase scores...so far I'm checking all vocabs or grammar (sentences I could not understand) I was not sure and review each question trying to figure out which part of the passage the questions is asking, but not sure I'm preparing correctly.
Esp. I'm a slow reader...
