I understand why C is the correct answer, however, I have a problem with how we are to arrive at that answer. The stimulus states, "many people with high cholesterol never develop h-disease." Well... okay, that's what we're given how then are we to assume that some DO in fact get heart disease as a result of this? I understand it's more of a quantity-language issue, but I want to be sure that it's safe to assume that if some (or many) don't get h-disease as a result of cholesterol that some do, which is what the answer counts on us seeing.

Additionally, another problem I had was whether to consider the first sentence of the stimulus as background or as a premise, which would elucidate, in part, why I didn't fully consider the extent of the aforementioned statement.

Thanks!
