How often should you take practice tests studying for retake?

Sorry if this is already posted, I've tried to find it but can't - maybe I just suck at searching idk - but how often do people think is a good amount of time to space out practice tests? I think at least 1 day between PTs for review is necessary, but what is the general consensus on more than that?

Any thoughts on this welcome

Depends bruh. Where you at? 150? 160? 170?

How many weeks you got before you take it?

How many PTs do you have?

I say 1 a week in early stages, 2 mid stages, 3 at the end. Dial it back down to 1 or 2 in the week or two leading up to it. You meed your meso and micro cycles to line up for optimal performance. And don't forget carb loading doesn't work.

Agree with mukol; depends on what you did for your last prep. For example, if you only took 10 practice tests last time, then I'd advise you to spend a lot of time doing more of these. With that said, if you did like 50+ tests and still aren't where you want to be, then it might be a matter of drilling and going back to the fundamentals.

I took a practice test a week. For me it was way too much to do a test conditions PT more than that. But I drilled and stuff almost every day.
