Drill drill drill. Once you get more comfortable with making inferences, you will start to make them even faster the more games you do. If there's a question that stumps you, skip it and go back to it after. The only way to really get fast at anything on the LSAT is to heavily practice it.

Is there a way to drill without "wasting" games or exposing yourself to prior ones so much that you have no more "clean" PTs?
