Is it advisable to mix bibles and Kaplan strategies?

I plan on utilizing the bible's suggested schedule but I wanted to know if I should bother using a Kaplan book I already have. Will this just confuse me? Or should the idea of "the more, the merrier" apply?

I would say absolutely just go for the bibles. I began with Kaplan products and it was really mediocre. It uses a lazy-one-size fits all approach for many different question types. This seemed especially true for the LR questions in particular.
I also--and many others--would recommend the LSAT Trainer. It is a complete study guide used in conjunction with practice tests. This was a big game changer for my understanding of the LSAT. I think that and bibles will serve you a lot better than the Kaplan. I would say "it can't hurt" but I honestly felt as though I spent a week or so having to unlearn the simplistic approach to things instilled in me by Kaplan. I don't think they (Kaplan & Powerscore) compliment each other well.
Powerscore will certainly be better for when you're starting out.

I do not see too much of an issue mix and matching approaches from different companies as you see fit. There is also likely benefits that result from doing. That being said, I have used the Kaplan strategies though but after perusing these forums I would not recommend Kaplan.

If the Kaplan LSAT prep is anything similar to how they approached the GRE, go with whatever works for you. While prepping for the GRE, I felt as though their approach was total BS and a waste of time! On test day, I used nothing I had learned from them, but everything I had gained from reading the PR prep book. I'll probably use PS or PR for my LSAT prep course; I'm currently comparing the two.

Kaplan isn't good for the LSAT, use Powerscore.

I used a mix of strategies, but it was something like 15% Kaplan and 85% PS. Use whichever works best for you.
