This might be a silly question but can i still use materials from, lets say 2007 to study for the LSAT? I was given about 12 PowerScore books, flashcards and practice tests from a friend and i would like to take advantage of them if they are not too out dated. Thanks.

Yeah, absolutely. The LSAT hasn't changed significantly since then, so those materials will still be useful and relevant. Actually, the earliest preptests available are from the early 90s, and even those will serve as good practice. Practice books from then shouldn't be missing much - the only thing I can think of are comparative reading passages, which were introduced in 2007 IIRC.

Thank you for the replies. There seems to be no disconnect with old and new material. So i will take advantage.

Definitely, even preptest 1 is still useful!
