Diagnostic 155, December LSAT 165, and now June LSAT 175!!


Do you guys think I have any chance with HYS with a 3.55 and a 175? No, right? I wasn't even reaching there to be honest but just curious.

edit: I think you have a good shot at Columbia, which is really LSAT heavy.

I would really fricken love to get into Columbia, I live in New York and and it HAS been my dream school.

Should I ED it? Or will that just cause me to get less money offered if I get accepted?

I edited my post but I wouldn't ED. for one, its not worth the cost. two, you already have a good shot and C and NYU.

Sorry, I meant paranoid about ~discussing test materials~ but I'm naturally paranoid about that type of stuff. I looked at it and the answer is definitely right, and I'd give you a detailed explanation if I felt more comfortable that test materials are fair game now. Which I'm pretty sure they are, but you're right better safe than sorry.

tests were released to all takers meaning reg people have access to the actual test now (prob companies too) so they're just like any other PT now

Hey all - congrats to everyone who made their target score or above!

Feeling pretty dejected here, considering I got a worse score than I had on any practice test I'd ever taken.. even my first diagnostic (167). I consistently PT'd in the high 160's, with a lucky 173. Was originally aiming for a 174, but would have been thrilled with 170+... Ended up getting a 161.

Honestly, I was shocked and dismayed, but when looking at the report, I saw what happened. My first section (LR), I got an embarrassing -14.... But LG and my second LR were -3 and -2 respectively.. RC was -8 (mostly due to the Tokens), which was also below my average (usually -2 or -3). I remember feeling so anxious at the beginning of the exam, which made me freeze and panic, and then, noticing I was behind target time, I got a succession of questions wrong. It's just staggering to me though how on my two LR's I got -14, then -2... Feeling pretty embarrassed, not going to lie..

Registering for Sept obviously... Really hoping having this on my record doesn't put my top choices out of reach, especially considering my mediocre GPA (albeit from an Ivy with grade deflation)
