Verbal Warning without Slip; Big Deal?

Hello, I wnat to ask you something about what happened at my last lsat. (And sorry for any awkward English I'm going to make. It's not my first language.)
It was my first time taking lsat so I was very nervous, and during the test I bubbled-in a wrong section by mistake. The proctor noticed what I've done before I noticed, came to me and gave me a verbal warning. She had me erase the one I'd just bubbled-in wrong, I followed the order right away and that was it; no slip whatsoever, no mail or letter received from lsac afterwards. My score came out as normal without any mark or something written in 'special notes' box.
I know it had been more than a year and pretty sure that was just nothing but it just keeps popping up in my head and makes me worry. There're only a few people preparing lsat in my country so I'm asking here. Am I alright? Is it possible thst she reported misconduct to lsac without letting me know and I haven't heard from lsac for years...? Will this affect my future admission in anyway? Please help me.
