any way to see 7sage difficulty rating of a section without scoring that PT?

my 7sage stats are all messed up because in order to see the star-rating i was scoring empty bubbles for pt

Did PT 76, misread a rule on game 3- spent five minutes staring at the game before I re-read the rules and realized my mistake. Solved for all possibilities within two minutes but was out of time. Fuck my life.

edit: it is especially bad because I literally invented a new group member and it should have taken me much less time to realize my fuckup. The positive I choose to take away from this is that had I read correctly I could have easily gone -0 for the section.

Just did that one. I'm kind of surprised 7Sage has it labeled as 'easiest.' BRing now.

just score it without putting the answers in, then go back and put your answers in when you're ready.

Missed the first question on RC so I thought it was going to be really bad, but turned out to be my best score in a while. AR really tripped me up on that last game. Understanding it wasn't difficult, but the questions asked made it particularly slow for me to work through. Glad to see my LR and RC move up. The difficulty of the last game in AR seems to be the defining aspect of whether I'll do well in that section. I want that 170+ goddammit!

Wow. I thought this question was pretty tough and I chose C, and felt that negated it even screwed the argument but I guess not. On 7sage, like half the people who submitted their answers for this question chose A, which is a complete 180 of what it should've said. And I caught onto that which I guess was a good thing so I was surprised so many people chose it. My prephrase was something similar to answer choice D though, but I kind of overlooked it.

Then I look at some of these questions that tricked a large amount of people into picking a trick answer choice while I got it right and say to myself "how did they pick this answer, it's so clear that it's not it because of ____".

Once you realize you can solve it down to 3 sub game boards that only have a couple open spots each it becomes super easy.

172 overall for PT76. My epic LG fuckup cost me- went -0 for RC and -4 for LR. A couple of the LR questions I missed were reaaaaaallly subtle. I'm finding that I'm getting much faster with LR but with minimal accuracy improvements...I've been at -3 or -4 combined both sections for a while now.

Yeah. I didn't find it insanely hard but I just about finished. My only score up on G3 was # of each in stim so I missed 17. I dunno. I guess that it was also just a group of games that didn't totally play to my strengths. I'm imagining -1 based on that.

Oh! Sorry. In that case, yes.
(eta: although I don't really feel the need to translate it into anything. I think "nearly all" implies a somewhat greater proportion than "most" might , and I'd argue that they're not entirely synonymous, (most = 60%. nearly all =/= 60% for me) but for all intents and purposes they have the same meaning. )

IMO, to be extremely pedantic -> 'Virtually every'/'nearly al'l is a sufficient condition for the proportion to count as 'most.' However, 'most' is not a sufficient condition for the proportion to count as 'virtually every/nearly all.' (ie, if the proportion was 55%) So I wouldn't consider them completely synonymous.

Just scored 162 on PT 77. what was supposed to be my final PT . This is the lowest score I've gotten in my last 4 tests goddamnit I dunno what to do. This was also my worst RC score in a solid 2 months, I ran out of time on the final DNA passage. Breakdown ended up being:

RC: -8
LR: -3
LG: -5 (didn't figure that 3rd game out until I had about 2 minutes left)
LR2: -6

On one hand I'm happy that I've gotten my LR down to under -5 on average per section. On the other hand, I don't know WTF happened to me with the RC over here.

I honestly don't know whether I should cancel or not.

Dips happen. Sucks to have that on your final PT, but don't let it destroy your confidence, and definitely don't cancel over an outlier.

I wrote this right after I finished scoring so I may have been a tad bit melodramatic haha. I think I'm going to spend the rest of the week (Sun-Thurs) just drilling the shit out of the PT sections in the 70s.

The one thing I've gathered is that the LG have not gotten harder, but just weirder. In the older games even if you had some difficult game, you could at least proceed mechanically, but in the last 8-9 PTs you've had to really adapt to at least one game where a weird rule is thrown in there that isn't exactly traditional.

This game ruined me a year ago, and when I took PT 76 a week ago. The one big take away I got from it is to always template when in doubt and always re-read rules.

Just drove down to my TC in the pouring rain with god awful traffic. Pissed me off to no ends and ate up an 1.5 hours of my day but it definitely gave me some piece of mind.
