iplaw is using Testmasters, so it's probably Testmasters.

I really want to beat the RC section. I want to crush RC almost as much as I want to get a good score overall. lmbo.

tfw you finish a games section in 25 minutes, go -0 and seriously wonder whether something's wrong with your stopwatch

anxiety and lsat prep. a fun combo

definitive proof showing that, if you have a dip in scores, sometimes all you need is a break:

If someone is feeling very confident about their LR skills, pt-73 LR does a good job of making one anxious again.

The thing about me is that when I feel mentally tired with this test, I just keep going anyways. I need to stop doing that, which is why I plan on not doing LSAT stuff tomorrow and might push in doing nothing all weekend actually, idk yet.

God, I know I probably need to do this, but taking a break scares me! Good job crushing those tests though, goddamn.

BRing PT76 right now (which is my lowest score in a few weeks @ 163) and I'm confident that it may be the hardest games section I've ever come across. G3 absolutely murdered me in October, and I ended up going 1/5 on it when I did it again last week fresh, but BRing it right now it took me ~20 minutes once I committed to template-ing it. Might be because I'm studying after work but meh not what you like to see at this stage.

Moral of the story (which I always forget about) is always template/sub-game board etc.

Going to go watch what's left of the SB rematch then hit the hay before I take my rest day tomorrow. Hopefully posting with a 170 after I rip PT 71 on Saturday.

yeah I had some cousins over and literally just had fun for like 5 days. barely thought about the LSAT. good to refresh the mind once in a while. but my LSAT schedule is much more lax than most others' anyway. I PT twice a week and aside from BR and a a few sections, I don't do anything else.

honestly I'm playing video games more than I'm LSAT studying.

I have serious doubts about being able to handle a full semester of classes + ECs / job / other responsibilities + LSAT at the same time. can't afford to have the LSAT compromise my gpa. December would be a particularly awkward/stressful time in that it's right before finals but idk if Feb would be much better. June is further away than I'd like, but I'd be able to potentially have a full month of nothing major but the LSAT if I planned it right, which would be really nice. I'm not applying for a couple years so I've got time, fortunately.

although if I change my mind and think I can manage December or Feb I'd probably go that route instead.

Wooooottt! I am getting there! Second consistent PT in 170s and new record.

PT 60: 173 ; BR'd 176 --> I guess I am right at the next hump.

LG- Exp : -2
LR: -2 ; BR still -2
LG: -3 (Game 4 kicked my ass in the beginning and setup stumped me for whatever reason, so didnt get to 2 questions lol) BR'd those 2 correctly; -1 BR
LR: -1; BR still -1
RC: -1 (Personal Best) - Crushed this RC. Loved all the topics and finished confidently.

Gotta keep this up. Going to PT with the tests in the 70s. Next one I am taking is Saturday. Review and drilling tomorrow.

Weirdly that 8-section marathon didn't feel as tiring as I thought it would be...

PT71: LR -3, LG -1, LR -1, RC -6 (wtf) for 172
PT55: LR -1, RC -2, LR -1, LG -0 for 177

Have been bombing RC consistently in the last couple of PTs (-5 on PT63 & -6 here) - that should buff out after some more RC drilling so not too worried, but very much annoyed by misreading the question stem twice and going -2 more than I should have, WHY OH WHY OH WHY CAN'T I STOP MAKING STUPID MISTAKES. /rant

Ignoring PT55 as I've done a lot of the questions in it before during drilling so not exactly a new PT.

PT 17 tonight, -1 LR, -1 RC for a 180. That makes ten preptests since I started studying this cycle: 5 180s, 3 179s, a 178, and a 177. I've made a total of 9 errors in LR, 11 in RC, and 2 in LG. The reason I tell this stuff to you guys is because my girlfriend can't stand to listen to me.

If I need to retake I'm going to have to give myself some time off...otherwise, I'd probably lose my mind.

No LSAT stuff this weekend, and possibly next week due to some exams and a paper I have to do.

I'm reading something for my advanced psych research class, and it's just like an RC passage, jfc lol.

First paragraph: blah blah blah, these psychotherapy techniques have been great for therapists' use with clients blah blah

Second paragraph: criticism of this development have been prolific. They point out that ____.

I can't escape it!!!!

e: "paradoxically, the innovative research on relationships...."

It's Blueprint's actually. They offer it for free. I find it to be the easiest to track scores on it. 7sage is a little annoying to go into each test, and, while I think Testmasters has a lot of good points, their diagnostic/practice test tracker sucks big time.

That too... Getting my head totally out of LSAT world for a little while would probably be good for me.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that though 8)
