Go for it. I'm taking my test at my college and I know I'd be exhausted if I had to commute normally with all the walking and bus transferring ( I walk about 25 mins to catch a 2nd bus after the first). I'm driving on test day and I know the area around my school well so parking shouldn't be an issue.
Warm up will be done at home after beak daft for me.
sounds like a good call!
I might, I dunno, try cabbing and see how long it takes? Which is a huge waste of money but I don't want to, you know, miss the LSAT. I know when I was cabbing to the airport in July and following the same route it took an absurd amount of time. I guess one option would be to cab really early, miss rush hour, and then do my warm-up in the vicinity of the TC. Might try cabbing at 7:30 am this saturday morning and see how long it takes. The subway shouldn't be too bad and should be fairly predictable/potentially faster than a cab so I could always just do that.

I woke up wide awake after five hours of sleep at 2:40 this morning and now I feel kind of brain foggish. This PT today is going to be fun.

i'm driving the day before to a hotel in another city, so will do some warmup in the hotel room.

I was thinking about Cab vs. Subway. But like you said you don't want to get caught in traffic in a cab. Subways are always reliable. Im going to check exactly where I am taking it at because I don't know, but I may do a combination of both. Also, I don't think Saturday morning will be incredibly busy.
AS far as warmup, Im deciding that too. If I can find a quiet place close to TC I would rather do that, but otherwise it may just be more reliable to warm-up at home.

I have been sitting all morning next to some girl named Jessica who is making cold calls for her catering company in between being a mean manager and I seriously want to grab the phone and be like JESSICA MAKES BUSINESS CALLS IN PUBLIC AND IS RUDE TO HER EMPLOYEES DON'T CHOOSE HER. RAGE IS REAL and that keyboard sound should be illegal in public.
That sucks re: the PT. I hate nothing more than thinking I killed it and then decidedly not killing it. Such a mindfuck.

i seriously hate when people have the iphone keyboard sound on, it's annoying af. i feel like grabbing his phone and smashing it against the damn wall. either way, i'm getting the hell out of here, lmao.
I'm so mad about that LR section. -11?? seriously??? haven't done that bad in a long time and it's even worse that I was like "iight if i got more than -4 i'm going to flip shit" and there it is, a -11. lmao it sucks

I am pretty sure the actual reason for the LSAT is to see how you do in a system that will at any random moment mercilessly humble you for no reason.

Yeah. To add to that, I think that the LSAT is literally just a tool to see if someone can solve a bunch of different things under an immense amount of pressure (time) without freaking the fuck out. That's literally all the LSAT is.

THIS. my scores will consistently trend upward for like 3 or 4 PTs and then randomly I score much lower for now apparent reason. It's so frustrating. It happens to all of us Mikey! It sucks but you got this. I'm sure there was some environmental factor or some other reason why you dipped so low.
There was a LG section I was really confident on and ended up going -6. Turned out I misread an important game rule and went -4 on one game alone. When the score is that far off from your norm, There is usually a reason other than you not understanding the questions

There was noise ( two people talking and typing loud af) while I was doing the section, but I felt really focused either way so idk, I'm not too sure.

May turn this into a niner if I have the RC sections on me which I'm not sure that I do.
Wrong book. Just finished June 2013. Recognized one passage but it's one that I remember finding really simple the first time I did it, so I just made sure to spend like 8-9 minutes and try not to rely on memory for answers.
Two games sections one of which I recognized two games, so I'm thinking that was the experimental. Found that one much more challenging. I've been noticing that I quite frequently get to #20 or so on LR with 10+ min to spare.
Just gonna go straight into BR (at least for games)
Sliced bread was kind of uncomfortable. It seemed oddly repetitive or open or something.

I've been reading past study threads and the September 2014 waiters thread on their reaction to pt-73 and the scores they recieved.
So it seems pt-73 is accepted as a confidence killer with nasty LR
Makes me feel a bit better about my results on it last sunday.

Well the good news is, being a bit groggy from lack of sleep didn't affect my score on PT68. The bad news is, it's the same disappointing score. Also in AR, I was freakin blazing through the first three. Like I was finishing up with game three with about 16 minutes left... and I still ran out of time because of game four. Seemed like your standard one to one sequence game, but nothing was intuitive about it and I totally shit the bed on it.
PT68
LR: -7 (All four questions I missed in the first LR were in the last 9 questions. x_x)
AR: -5
RC: -8
Score: 164

Starting to get super, super, super nervous about test day. About 2 weeks away.
Think I'm gonna go to my test center the week before and do a trial run in a campus starbucks or something.

68.4 is one of the worst games I've ever encountered. Ran out of time on both the first and second time I tried to do that set.
Imo, prepping for this test is two steps forward, one step back. And occasionally one step forward, two steps back.

That game is probably the second or third most painful (solely because it's the most absurd time sink game ever created) I've done so don't feel too bad.

Same, I am completely losing my mind. Yet I'm finding it near impossible to do any prep work outside of timed PTs... Drilling is becoming a frustrating, mind numbing chore filled with self-loathing. Can't wait till the end of October, when the scores are posted.

I'm doing LG every day, but otherwise just doing 3 full PT's before test day.

recently found out the local community college is a super dope spot to study -- tons of empty classrooms. perfect timing considering I needed a change of scenery.

went -3 on PT 60 LR1 that I used as an experimental for PT 77 a couple days ago. I couldn't figure out one of them, but the other 2 were just dumb mistakes by reading through the answer choices too fast.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
