Would anyone be interesting in helping to critique my writing sample (from June 2007 exam) ?

no. nobody needs to critique your writing sample. You don't need to critique your writing sample. you don't need to spend time polishing your writing sample. I believe they only take a look and see if you're taking the unscored section seriously (e.g. don't draw pictures, don't leave it blank, don't write anything about pro-terrorism) and you can write coherent sentences.
