If you still have a desire to do the work then you're not burnt out. What you're describing sounds like you are working too many hours and are underperforming. This is actually a good thing to find out! You likely wouldn't have found out without daily testing. People who work overtime are more productive for like a week or two of working OT, but drops below their original starting point after that (so, a good time to work overtime would be the week before vacation I guess?). When surveyed, the people still believe that they are getting more work done than before they started working overtime, even when they're actually getting less done. The only reason you're aware is because you have a test score staring you in the face. I would definitely keep this in mind for other endeavors!

The 40 hour work week is honestly more for physically demanding but mentally undemanding jobs. Maybe try doing a PT one day and then reviewing it the next day and doing only one or two practice sessions? So instead of doing 5-6 hours a day, just do 4, since 5-6 is not working, you already know the material, the dip is unexplained, and increasing workload typically decreases performance. If 4 hours seems too little, just think of the 10,000 hours to mastery rule. That rule is based on 4 hours of intense practice a day iirc

^^too lazy to double check if what I just said is complete bullshit. It's time for finals and I'm procrastinating on my memo^^

You just need to relax. You'll be alright. You still have a drive to do well. It'll be alright - remember to relax. Especially before the test. I used to taper off about a week before the real test.

Take a break. More is not always better. If anything, start easing off in the last week or so.

Yeah burnout is real, just keep that in mind for the future so you don't fall into the same rut! :)
