Balance between different sections，especially RC and LR

Hi all, during my prepartion for lsat, I noticed it is hard to balance the improvement between different sections. For example, when my RC has been improved, my LR performance decreased, even I practiced LR during my work to prove RC. Vice versa. I wonder why and any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
