For not writing in your Middle Initial when filling out your name?
I read this here a few weeks back, and never got a confirmed answer.
This can't be true right?

Sounds like an rpupkin post.
OP: rpupkin probably used a mathematical concept called averaging. It's actually a 6 point deduction if you failed to write your middle initial on the form in ink & a 4 point deduction if you failed to do so in pencil.

No, it is not true. There is no point deduction whatsoever on the LSAT for one who omits his or her middle initial.
