Hi everyone,

This is my 3rd retake. I am currently scheduling myself to do 2 PTs per week (work full-time so I only have the weekends to do these).
I am starting from PT60-74. I have couple PTs in the 50s for drilling usage.

I scored horribly on PT60 but got mid 160 on PT61.
I will see how I do on 62 to see if my score on 60 was just due to my condition that morning. I mean this is also my 3rd time looking at these tests so I am not sure where I stand realistically.
My scores on PTs in 50s are in mid 160s. But I don't think they are that accurate since they are somewhat easier (no rare LG) and familiar to me.

So my question is:
To truly see where I am, should I do one of the tests in the 70s this coming week?
Also, I generally do well except when I am bombarded with a rare game... I remember doing June 2014 test and one of the games just killed me and bothered me the whole test, leading to a horrible score. I am also scared that this will happen to me on my upcoming December test...Has this type of fear bothered anybody?

Just drill on all types of games. Especially from the Miscellaneous packet.

Oops sorry, it's my 3rd time taking it. So I guess 2nd retake.
I know when I took June 2014 I was just damned by the odd logic game... I panicked and then it affected the whole test...
I took the November one afterwards and the games were just fine.

So I did hear that the recent October test had one odd game. Hopefully the December one omits those!

I would recommend working on LG sections from the early tests (in addition to the ones you're currently planning on doing)- it was more common on those tests to have weird games, so it can give you practice thinking on your feet and make it less likely that you'll panic. Also, the quicker you can do the easy games the more time you have to work through any hard/weird ones, so you should practice being able to do the easier games in around 5 minutes or so.
