First, have you really used up all 75 practice tests available out there right now? (74 PTs + the June 2007 one) If so, mad props to you.

In this case, you should definitely save PT 75 when it comes out. What sections are you struggling with on the LSAT right now?

I also reused past tests, but personally didn't have a problem with the occasional familiar question because I was still able to test myself again on the vast majority of the questions.

What's your score at now?

If you've taken that many PTs, and your score still isn't where you want it to be, it suggests that you're not spending enough time reviewing the questions. There are 7500+ questions. Even taking out the ones you've missed, you're still at 6000+ questions. Not only does that take a lot of time to do, but it should be enough exposure to get better - assuming you're spending as much time reviewing as taking the questions in the first place (i.e. you should be spending hours reviewing a PT).

What's your normal review like?

Where do you get these practice tests from? Cambridge?

I bought the official books from Amazon, but recommend the digital versions.
