Such thing as prepping for too long??

I've been concentratedly prepping for the lsat for lasy two months doing about two preptests worth of questions per day whether it's untimed, by sections, or run-throughs. My score is currently around 170 and I want to be sure I get a 180. I registered for the October test but Im not sure if I can raise 10 points within next two months because once I go back to school soon, I will be a full time student with a part time job and various extracurricular activities. So I am planning to postpone it to either December or February. I thought I would do February to give myself some room to slack off and take it at a relaxed pace. But is there such a thing as prepping for too long? Are the any negatives to this strategy? The whole thing about application cycle regarding rolling admissions doesn't apply to me because I'm applying the year after. Please advise, Thank you!
