Anyone know when the new undisclosed test in the new Superprep is from? Is it safe to assume it's from the same time as the other two tests in the book (Early 60s)?

It's still a mystery because the release of SuperPrep II has again been delayed for whatever reasons and nobody but LSAC has seen it and knows what's specifically in it beyond what the description tells us. I think it's safe to assume that the previously undisclosed test in it is a fairly recent one since according to the book's description, LSAC upgraded/updated the prep guides/prep advice it contains including stuff about time management strategies and specific advice about RC comparative passages. My guess is that it's probably one of the February LSATs from 2009, 2010 or 2011.
According to my Amazon order for a copy that I originally placed ~two months ago, the estimated delivery date currently says August 25th - November 6th. On the Amazon listing it currently says "Usually ships within 1 to 4 months", making its release now 4+ months behind schedule since LSAC had originally planned to release it in late April when they first announced that they created a second SuperPrep book. When it first got listed on Amazon, the publication date said April 27th, but that was changed to July 1st about two months ago and then changed to July 15th, and now it's saying 1-4 months until copies will be available to ship.

I saw the Amazon timeline too but then noticed lsac had it up just today. I ordered one and emailed lsac and they said it will ship tomorrow to me so it seems like they have it in stock

That's good news, thanks for sharing. I was just about to email LSAC to ask what's up with it. Hopefully that means Amazon will be getting it in stock soon too (I like the Amazon Prime free shipping and discount price of $25.47 for the book they applied to my order).

Yeah I'm pretty glad I could get my hands on it before November haha. I am retaking in October so I'm pretty happy to have another fresh prep test

Thanks. It should say either on the index or the first page of the test.

I'm not seeing any labeling that references the date--just PrepTest C. The games formatting is split page like 2012 and later. It may be a February or alternate from 2012 or 2013.

Apparently LSAC decided to keep secret when the previously undisclosed test was administered. Other than labeling it as PrepTest C, the only other identifying information supplied is their internal test form code for it, 1LSN96.
While it may be one of the February administered tests from a recent year, it could also be a test form that was administered multiple times and/or one that was used for a Saturday Sabbath observers administration and/or one that was administered internationally to people that took the test outside of N. America/Canada.
Overall it's an easier than average test form with a brutal score scale. -9 for a 170 (100 total questions) and two unobtainable scores in the 170s range (174 and 177)!
The LG section is straightforward with run of the mill traditional/bread and butter LSAT game types. Nothing unusual/unfamiliar. Standard game types and easy to know how to set them up for people that are familiar with the common/standard game types that regularly appear, except possibly the third game that is a type variation that hasn't been administered tons of times previously, but is still a fairly easy game of a type variation that's appeared multiple times before. It's similar to the clown outfit game.
There are no unusual types of rules or novel relationships/twists in any of them and the rules are all phrased in typical straightforward ways that have been used in tons of other games on most other run of the mill standard/traditional games from other PT's. In short, it's a noticeably below average difficulty LG section that should be fairly easy for people well prepped for LG's that have practiced/drilled a good amount of each of the common game types and gotten familiar with the commonly repeated variations of traditional game types.

Nope.
Game #1: girls and boys riding a roller coaster
#2: five objects stacked on top of each other
#3: three tricolored costumes
#4: six politicians interviewed on a radio station

The LG formatting is useless for guessing when it was administered since the LG's for PT's 62 & 63 are also two page formatted in the book, unlike how they were originally administered and disclosed.

Good point. I should have taken 5 seconds to check that. I haven't done the games yet but the first three seem pretty old school--Next 10 era or older. I wonder if it's a Franken-LSAT and that's why they haven't disclosed the date.

It's not Feb 2012. It's also not the Feb 2013 reserve test I've seen (which itself was written around 2009). It's potentially Feb 2013 regular admin.
