October or December?

Hi,

I work full time so whenever I come home after work, I've only managed to do one section (super tired and can't focus more than doing one section). This will be my third retake.

I'm on PT 27. I do have most of the PTs. Do you think it makes sense for me to take it in December then apply right away?

I just have to work on my personal statements; I have all my LORs.

Thanks!

I was in the same boat. I was reaching ~PT30 and scored in high 170s when I started my full time internship. I was exhausted every day back home and could only do one or two sections. A week before the test I found to my horror I was still around PT40. So I jumped directly to PT70 but found recent pts are trickier.

October is not impossible; just that you need to plan your time with those PTs carefully. Also you will be more energized when you are back home as you move on. If you are still not ready in September, taking December will do good to you.

@ihenry

Did you end up taking it when you planned to take it?

Considering LSAC doesn't refund me nor allow a date
change in less than a week before the test... I did and scored in low 170s. May have done better should I have taken more recent PTs.
