158/3.57- Retake?

After 6+ months of studying (including a $1500 course and stacks upon stacks of books), I was averaging on PT 165-167. On test day (June 2015), no problems. I felt confident and as prepared as I could be.
Disaster struck when I wasn't able to finish the LG in time, leaving an entire game undone (stupid, I know). However, given my confidence in the other sections, I figured at least I would get 162,163. Regardless I had resigned myself to taking the test again in October and to work on tightening up my speed on game.i figured speed was my vice.
I was absolutely dismayed when I received my score of 158. I NEVER did that bad on any practice test. Even my initial diagnosis months ago was a 162. Of course, I am freaking out and regretting every choice I have ever made. Any advice on retake, school choices, and next steps would be much appreciated.
3.57 GPA from strong state school. Very strong softs (focused interests, applicable collegial research/internships, stellar references/recommendations and 2+ years of work experience in non-profit advocacy work/lobbying).
Thanks.
