Need some advice on RC for retake in Oct.

Dear all,
I took my 1st LSAT in June, and didn't finish the last reading, resulting in guessing the last 5-6 questions. Yet i believe i did pretty OK on the rest parts, i am seriously preparing for the retake in Oct. Is there ways which can accelerate or practice the reading speed? When I do the RC without timing, the results usually come out well. Will dedicate most of time to reading after I get the scores.
