Should I cancel and retake?

I got the two LG sections today and completely bombed the real section and usually LG is my best section. In that section alone I bubbled in 5 or 6 answers without even looking at the question because I ran out of time. And did the same for the last passage for RC. The school I want to get into average the scores rather than take the highest, should I wait and see my score or cancel now? I honestly don't think I would get above a 165, if that. This would be my second time canceling (my first time taking it was horrible, i got sick the week of and i bubbled in the answers on the wrong column during part of the test and had to correct it which wasted more time).

Don't cancel. Two cancels would be very strange, and you would be setting your self up for an INSANE amount of pressure for the third try. What if you cancel, and have a bad third test? You'd be completely fucked.

They only care about the highest score. Ride it out and see if the curve is in your favor. If you got your ass kicked, more than likely others did too. You gain absolutely nothing by canceling. Having a score on the books will at least allow you to have a baseline which you can't dip below.

You're right, I should at least have one score on record after taking it two times. I'll just make sure to get above the LSAT 75%tile of the school if I do end up taking it again

yea i'm going to keep it. If I apply this fall, it'll already be 2 years since I graduated undergrad when I start law school. I dont want to wait another two years just to take it a fourth time and hope i do better

I agree! This happened to my friend. He ended up canceling twice, then when he took the test again he was extremely nervous and made a bubbling error. He got stuck with a 153...

Bro, even like a 163 will easily land you fat ass $$$ at UF.

Are you sure? They're listed as one of the schools that do.

My main concern is getting below 160s. My GPA is only a 3.55 and I actually graduated from there. I got my AA and then transferred to UF and my graduating GPA from there was only around 3.33 because of one C and one D. Idk how much they'll care about the fact that my gpa declined after transferring to a university.

I feel ya, except I'm a reverse trend. Had a mediocre GPA at MDC because I was working full time to pay the mortgage and didn't give three shits, but mostly straight A's at UF. Honestly, all they give a fuck is the overall GPA, and a 3.55 is decent as hell. Don't cancel, bro. 1) You might surprise yourself 2) They're latest median is a 158. Anything above that should score you some cash. Ride it out man

Yea I'm going to not even think about LSAT or anything related to it until scores come out lol
