Bought the 180 Watch a few weeks ago, and although expensive, I feel like it's well worth the price. It's so easy to use and really helps one keep track of time during the exam.
Enter the following code to get $5 off your purchase: deleted (deleted because if TLS lets people post codes like this then lots of people will start posting codes).

No way this is a real thing. It has to be some sort of elaborate troll.

Nope, not at all. Bought it a few weeks ago and received an email saying that I get a $5 Amazon gift card for every person that uses the code when purchasing. You get $5 off, and I get a $5 Amazon gift card. It's a win-win.

I meant the watch, not the code.

Is this the watch your referring to?

Looks like it would be worth purchasing IMO

Many people in the past have had problems with the LSAT watches. There's two different ones from different sources (LSAT watch and LSAT 180 watch or something like that, the names are almost the same but there's two different 'brands'/suppliers/people that basically just put a different face on a cheap watch in their spare time and call it an LSAT watch to make some side $$).
One of them has been more problematic for test takers than the other, but there have been MANY complaints about various different problems posted here about both of them over the years they've been available. I recommend against either of them for many reasons, but for anyone considering buying one I suggest you use the search feature here on TLS and read the many past threads and posts about them before deciding to part ways with that much $$ for a crappy watch you'll hopefully only use once.

I got a similar watch from 35minutes.com for about $30 and I'm happy with it. No problems so far (it's just a Casio watch with a different face). I felt really silly buying it but it's helped with my timing on RC and staying more calm during the test in general so I feel like the benefits outweigh the cons of paying $30 and looking like a gunner on test day.

If you think it's going to help you, go ahead and give it a try. $35 is not much.
But if you find that you're compulsively checking the watch while you're PT'ing, ditch it.

I was going to buy an LSAT watch but then read the complaints on here + saw the price tag and decided against it. I think I read on the LSAT blog or 7sage about a watch with a rotating bezel. I bought this one off amazon for $16, I highly recommend it from personal experience.

I bought a Casio similar to that back in January and it was fine. But then when I pulled it out of my desk drawer last month it wasn't ticking. I get that batteries wear out but it sucks to have to put a new one into a $15 watch after only four months.
