How much does visualizing a stimulus on LR or passages on RC help you guys to focus? (Simply meaning taking what you've read and imagining it happening in your head?)

Not at all, but that's because I can't visualize a damn thing.

Focusing helps me to focus, visualizing the information helps me to understand.
