When can I retake the LSAT?

Im somewhat confused about the two year rule.

I took the exam Feb. &June 2014 and Feb. 2015

You can sit for the LSAT a maximum of three times in any three year period of time. Once you have used all three of your chances, you must wait for the three year window to close.

Since it seems as though you have only sat for the LSAT twice, you can re-test as early as June.

Next year you'll be eligible to take the Feb 2016 LSAT since it'll be two years since Feb 2014 and that one won't count anymore. Then you'll be eligible again for June 16 in case you want a 5th shot since the June 14 one will fall off then.

What happened?
