How do you guys study when learning new concepts from logical reasoning prep books? What do you do (besides drill) to make sure that you will never forget the concept?

no that's about it for me. I drilled LR heavily for about a month. No full PT'ing or even section PT'ing. Went through the entire 7Sage curriculum and drilled most of the Cambridge packets.
