Help with PT68 S3Q 24 and S4Q13

S3 Q#24 is just a basic conditional reasoning based parallel the flaw question. The question stem is phrased in a funky way compared to usual, but other than that it's a standard PF question that's pretty basic if you just map out the conditional logic. What gave you trouble with it, the stem?
As for S4 Q13, are you asking about the LG section or is section 4 an LR section in your copy of this PT?
