How to stay focused in the actual test?

I am going to take the October LSAT test soon (October 5th, international student), I think I have done pretty much everything I can to prepare now. But the problem is that I can literally see me panicking and getting distracted during the test, especially for RC section. I have taken it once already, the major problem I had for the first take was that I kept thinking irrelevant stuff when doing RC, such as "God, I'm actually doing LSAT now" "RC is my weakest part, what if I cannot understand what I'm about to read?" "Ah, what's wrong with me? Keep focused!!"... This has severely hurt my performance. Has anybody experienced similar situation? How did you handle it? Since there are less than 5 days left, this should be my priority instead of doing endless LSAT Qs..
