Articles/tips on improving timing in LG section?

I am at the point where I consistently hit 175+ on untimed PTs.

Untimed, I'm -0 or -1 on LG every time.

However, under time pressure I still cannot finish the entire LG section. (I cruise through LR/RC well under time limit).

Are there any articles or tactics for improving timing on LG? I know how to attack the problems, but it still takes me ~45 minutes to finish a LG section with 0 mistakes.

7sage man. The set ups are the same, they just use different words and variables. Watch him

On logic games I was also going to recommend 7sage, but in particular a strategy. He says to pick up speed, do the section over again. Do that to do an LG section until it is done with the desired time. I've tried a little of this . . . what it did for me was give me an idea of what I should expect if I want an LG section done in time
