never quite feel my LR review is sufficient

Basically, whenever I review an LR Q I got wrong, I have this nagging feeling I'm not reviewing it sufficiently.
I'll make sure I know why the right answer is right, and wrong are wrong.
But also, if I'm drilling and really stuck I'll write down why I'm eliminating / picking an answer choice to get a better idea of my thought process, an idea mentioned by Jeffort along with some other posters.
However, even after doing this I still have this nagging feeling like what I've done isn't enough. I've been stuck at getting 20-21 correct per LR section for quite some time so this only enforces this thought. However, my blind review scores for LR sections are also better than ever, when I used to get the exact same or only + 1 after blind review, I range anywhere from 22 - to perfect in LR blind review sections.
Not sure if its just a matter of staying the course or there is some tell tale signs that I should be looking for in order to ensure I'm actually getting the most out of my review.
All comments are appreciated.
edit:: LR timing isn't really my issue, I've generally got a few minutes spare at the end of each section of LR.

I actually just began a new system for LR this week, because I feel like I'm having a hard time gauging my progress, as well. I'm going back over my older PTs and taking the sections in full, to see if I'm now correctly answering questions that I initially had missed. I'm then fully writing out why the answer I selected was incorrect, and why the correct answer is as such. I input the PT, section and questions numbers into a chart in my notebook, with identification of the question type and the difficult level as indicated by lsatqa.com.
I'm hoping that, between the question type, its difficulty, and my faulty logic, I can better gauge where my weaknesses lay. I can say that as of right now, I do feel a lot more confident that my review is comprehensive.

I've got some ideas, but tell us about what you miss. Do you usually know which you are going to miss, or is it a surprise? Where are these questions located in the section? If you gave us some notes you made post review on the past few questions that would help too!

Usually I know what ones I am going to miss, and they are usually in the latter half of the LR section, with a few exceptions (for example I've missed a Q no.7 on an LR section that was rated "hardest" on the 7sage website), but typically its the latter half.
I'll take some notes for the next few LR questions I do in drilling today that I got wrong and post them here.
Thanks.
EDIT:: Currently did LR section 1 from PT 43, currently making a write up of the Q's I initially thought were hard / got wrong. BRB

Cool man, thanks.
If it makes any difference to you, aside from that Q 11 PF question, those questions were all considered "hardest"
