Making the next leap

Hi all,
I started with a baseline diagnostic score of 152. After about 2 weeks of studying intensely, I scored a 163 on my most recent full practice test. My goal is to end up with a 170 on the September exam, yet I feel as if I've peaked so to speak. I know I have plenty of time, but the trickiest questions still get me, and I feel like the jump from 152-163 is significantly easier than the jump from 163-170. I also feel like there's not much more for me to learn, as I've been studying an average of 5-7 hours a day and have been able to employ most of the strategies I've learned. If there are any specific pointers one could give on how to further increase my score, it would be greatly appreciated.
