Realistic LSAT gain for september

Hey Guys,
I just scored 157 on PT LG -7 LR -16 (10/6) RC-12. (-15 curve test) (NO GUESSING so when i run out of time i leave blanks) Im wondering whats a realistic gain for the Sept LSAT. Im hoping 170. I did PT 2 with guessing and got 162.
On LG, i went 4/6, 5/6, 7/7, and 1/7(got the first question), then ran out of time, I skimmed through the first LGB pdf and all i took from it was the diagram map, I just ordered the new real one and the LG by type 1-38 by cambridge.
On RC i only got through 3/4 passages got 15/21, by best RC section. I usually i do well -1/-2 or so on each passage and than get slammed by the humanities section.
On LR however for the first section i got 15/21 that i completed and blanked the rest, for the second section, i decided to try and speed up i got through 19/22 and left the last 3 black.
However my issue with LR is that it got worse after reading the digital LRB. I know right?! Before I read it i was getting -10/12 combined wrong (I once even got -2). i also did a few timed section and going at my own pace, I got a -6 wrong in about 42 mins (horrible). I hear manhattan LR is better but i wanna wait a bit and drill more sections before I invest in that.
Currently I have PTs 1-65, PT explanations 1-65, Logic Games by type Cambridge, Manhattan RC just arriveed in yesterday morning, Im waiting on PS LGB the new edition (still shipping), and will prolly buy the Manhattan LR and 401 difficult questions.
I hear LG and LR get easier on the new tests but im worried since they say RC harder, which im already crappy at.
What do you guys suggest? and do you think 170 is achievable in 3 months?
