In strengthen type question, should a choice that directly strengthens the conclusion be regarded as a correct one?
Between two choices that one directly strngthens the conclusion and the other strengthens the whole argument (the A-->B thing), which one is a better choice?

Usually there is not TWO correct answers - there is one that is correct and 4 that are distinctly (though not always easily seen as) incorrect. The correct answer will usually take the premises into account, strengthening the idea that the premises DO help lead to the conclusion.

Weakening is the exact opposite. The correct answer will usually take the premises and cast doubt on their ability to actually lead to the conclusion.
