So, no I wasn't lurking this forum when the Dec scores came out but I just took it in prep for Monday. I got a 175 and was estatic but just realized it was a -14. I am doing tha tmath correctly, right? I mean....I didn't feel like it was that difficult- ESP the RC and the LG...am I missing something bc I really don't need an inflated self esteem going into test day.

If you missed 14 questions total across all the sections, that's not a 175; there's never been a curve that loose.

I missed 8. I'm referring to the number of questions you need to miss in order to score a 170.

Ah, gotcha. Yes, the December test often has a looser curve for some reason, but I don't think it's any easier to score "X" on a December test than on any other test. There's no reason not to think of your 175 as "legitimate" just because the test had a loose curve.

Idk man...I've taken a lot and that had to be one if the easier ones and coupled with that loose curve...let's just hope it translates to something good on game day!

Well, I think some of the tests that had loose curves were "hard" in the areas where I was strongest, so they felt easier for me than the curve would suggest. That's probably what happened with you.

Maybe the LR, I didn't think it was too bad but maybe? Now I want to go back and see what people were saying when the scores came out.
