Toughest RC Sections

What exams do you think had the toughest RC passages? I took PT 55 yesterday and RC killed my score - ended up with -5 instead of -1/-3 like usual. I'm looking to spend tomorrow drilling RC like crazy and would like to focus on high difficulty passages.
Any suggestions?

I'd say PT 48. The test only had a -8 curve and you have the embryo polarity and Louise Gluck passage, which were pretty hard. The hardest all-time passage for me was the one about waterbugs from PT 2, since it completely floored me. Science is generally my strongest type of RC passage, but waterbugs ate me alive.

Yea f*** waterbugs.
OP, if you're looking for a hard passage, waterbugs from PT 2 is exactly what the doctor ordered.
