I'm taking the September test but can someone explain to me what the Trainer is? Is it necessary?

Love the language of the post - so LSATymornincounselor wrote:It's a book. One of the newest and best books on the market. Sample chapters of the book can be found at: http://www.thelsattrainer.com
It, like all preptest material, (excluding actual practice tests) is neither required nor sufficient to get a good score. However, looking towards potential return on investment I doubt you're <$50 could be spent any better elsewhere. One points is worth more than $50 and properly utilized this book (and a plethora of other affordable preparatory material) can net a person significantly more than a single additional point.
Find the book on Amazon and read some of the reviews. I could go on and on about the book, but I suppose I'm something of a Trainer-fanboy so perhaps I'm biased.
