Accommodations Questions

Post by crittendencompromise » Sat May 24, 2014 3:29 pm

I've been reading about this class action suit business with LSAC and am highly considering applying for accommodations for the September test now. Before you get your pannies in a knot, I clinically have ADHD, Depression, and some other random diagnoses that all seem to be the same thing. Anyway, I'm curious, would I be eligible for some extra time necessarily? Also, is there anyway I could get money from this class action suit or does it have to have been before the suit was filed?

I don't think it would be a bad idea for you guys have a thread to discussing whether or not going through the accommodations process is worth it. A lot of people now will feel less hesitant and won't be forced to succumb to their inherent disorders that they had no part in, and want to weigh the options with others who have also done it/thinking about doing it.

Please let me know.
