See the first sentence on the LSAC site. The easiest way to do it is online. I am not currently signed up for a test, so I cannot give you specific instructions.

Maybe someone who is signed up for June could jump in?

I imagine that it is an option under the LSAT tab (possibly 'LSAT Status').

EDIT: Here ya go. Via http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/withdraw-test-registration
You may request a change to another test date within the current testing year. You must adhere to the Test Date Change deadlines and pay a fee for this change. Go to your LSAC.org account to make this change from the LSAT Status page.

I had this same question. The problem is that Sept. registration isn't open yet. I assume it will open some time before the date change deadline, which is May 25th.

On:
http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/test-dates-deadlines

take note of the headline at the top of the page:
Registration for the September/October 2014 through February 2015 LSAT dates will open in late May 2014.
I assume LSAC intends 'late May' to be at least a few days before the May 25th reschedule deadline.

The LSAC homepage news says:

System Downtime Sunday, May 18, from 8:30 am ET to 11:30 am ET

Hopefully that's when they'll be opening up online registration options for September test.

As I expected, LSAC used yesterdays system downtime to open up registration for the upcoming September, December and February administrations, so people can now reschedule test day from June to September adminstration online through your LSAC account.
