Staying Motivated after months of studying

Since I work full-time (generally between 50-65 hour weeks), my studying has been drawn out off and on for nearly 9 months. I'm planning to take the June test, but I'm losing my motivation and worried I won't be ready. (I'm shooting for 170s and seem to be stuck at 169 which is incredibly frustrating & definitely isn't helping)
I thought I would beat out exhaustion by only studying 2 or so hours a night during the week, taking Fridays off and then doing longer days on Saturdays and Sundays, but that does not seem to be the case.
For those of you who have studied over long periods (especially after a disappointing actual exam), how did you keep motivated towards the end?
