First, no nee to multiple post the same question.
Second, I would suggest taking a look at the June retakers thread or look for any one of the many retake guides that are posted in the forum, there is a little something for everyone.
Happy Hunting,

I think you're definitely better off retaking in Sept and reapplying next cycle.
Like you said, taking it later means you won't have to "rush cramming information in." That approach didn't work so well for you the first 2 times, so why expect it to work the 3rd time? Also, by the time June LSAT scores are released in July it's very possible that you will have made your way off many/all of those waitlists by way of rejections. You're much better off applying early next cycle with a new and improved score.
Definitely look through this forum for other study guides that are better than Kaplan and definitely don't post the same question in multiple threads again. Good luck!

agree with the above--definitely wait until September or even December if necessary, depending on your PTs.
The reality is that, especially given your GPA, you're going to need to improve significantly to get into a LS that's a financially reasonable option. None of these law schools fit that profile, so you shouldn't worry about getting in off the WL. The good news is that a lot of people seem to have had success using some of the tools in this forum. You seem to be thinking about this whole thing pretty reasonably so I'd wager you have a pretty good shot at being able to attack your LSAT weaknesses strategically.
