There's really no reason not to retake in June. Columbia isn't going to revoke your admission or pull your scholarship because you retook. You've got nothing to lose.

ya there's no risk to retaking in june
if you get 173+ reapply next cycle for hamilton/butler/ruby and hys, if not go

This is by no means a fool proof method but couldn't you retake it, gauge how well you "feel" about it, then keep the score/cancel the score? I really really doubt that you would have your acceptance at Columbia revoked even if you scored a tad lower and you would probably know something from Harvard by the time June rolls around anyway.
