Background: I have applied this cycle and gotten into some target schools so far. But I feel like I underperformed and plan on taking the June LSAT, either to negotiate scholarships, get off waitlists, or defer to next cycle if I really improve.
I have the opportunity to go on a free 10-day vacation May 7-17 with a good friend (Birthright, go jews). It's the only time he can go. Has anyone ever taken a quick vacation to relax a few weeks before the LSAT? Would it be good to take a break, relax, then come out firing when I get back? (Though I would bring materials with me). I'm pretty torn.

I don't see any issue here. It's not like you'll forget the material during the vacation, and it'll help to prevent burnout.
