Wrong, absent doesn't count against the limit because you don't take the test. It only counts if you show up and check-in.

Jeffort, I'm freaking out now. I've sent LSAC a dozen emails with screenshots of my LSAC account trying to show them it's their fault that I couldn't make the withdrawal. So I requested that they withdraw my record for me.
Do you think they will comply?

I don't think anything is ever the LSACs fault.

Why are you freaking out? The next LSAT is in June, which leaves plenty of time to sort this out.
Call LSAC on Monday.

The international exam in Asia is tomorrow.
OP: can you go to the center and withdraw in person? I've never heard of this so I don't know if it works.

OP: have you tried logging on to LSAC with a different web browser? Some websites work better on certain browsers, so maybe this could be worth trying?
