P.S. After constantly keeping up with the trainer on amazon (while contemplating to buy it or not), I noticed that it unfortunately got a 1 star review.

What is this madness?

I know!!! My first one star review! It has nothing to do with the content. I got it because the person got a copy where the pages fell out. The book is printed by Amazon, and that's an Amazon issue and not mine, so hopefully the person will reconsider it. What a way for the streak to end.

Mike, FYI same thing happened to me. However, it was just the first chapter so it really wasn't too big of a deal. I might get on Amazon about this. They are defiling it!

I think it's the size of the book -- their printers seem to have trouble with it, even though their reps say they shouldn't -- i've been very active on their forums about it -- I owe my entire career to Amazon, and if I ran into Bezos I would give him a giant hug (before his security guards would pull me away), but quality control of the printed books have been the one thing that hasn't been so great.

The review was about the quality of the print job, and not the book -- I think the person (thankfully) took it down after he/she realized it was an amazon issue --
